Itinerary

Day 1: Saturday, 8th February 2025

8:00 AM: Departure from MG Road

Let’s begin this exciting journey! Grab your seat, meet your fellow travelers, and get ready for two days full of adventure, nature, and stories.

8:30 AM : Breakfast Break

Enjoy a thali of famous Bedhai poori and sabzi for breakfast at a cozy place.

12:00 PM : Reach Bhangarh Fort

Welcome to one of the spookiest forts in India! Known for its mysterious past, it will amaze you with its history and stunning ruins.

12:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Guided Walk at Bhangarh and lunch (at personal expense)

A guided heritage walk through Bhangarh. It’ll include engaging discussions about historical texts, architectural marvels, and cultural heritage. It will be a rich blend of history, culture, storytelling. In between enjoy local lunch at personal expense.

5:00 PM: Check-In at the Resort

After a day of exploring, we’ll head to a beautiful resort where you can freshen up and relax.

5:00 PM: High Tea

Sip on some tea and munch on tasty snacks while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the resort.

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Group Activities

Get ready for some fun! Whether it’s watching a movie under the stars, or enjoying other games, this time is all about bonding and having a good time.

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Dinner

Treat yourself to a yummy dinner, filled with local flavors and comforting dishes.

9:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Baithak (Optional)

If you love sharing stories or listening to interesting tales, enjoy talking with everyone. It’s a great way to end the day on a peaceful note.

Day 2: Sunday, 9th February 2025

7:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Nature Trek and Wildlife Spotting

Wake up early for a refreshing trek into the wild. Look out for wildlife in their natural habitat. It’s your chance to connect with nature like never before.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Breakfast and Checkout

After the trek, enjoy a hearty breakfast and get ready to check out of the resort.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Crocodile Spotting

We’ll visit a special spot to see crocodiles in their natural habitat.

12:00 PM: Leave for an Offbeat Hidden Town (Rajgarh)

Leave on a journey to a hidden town, a gem lost in time. This destination is a secret known to few and promises to uncover stories you won’t find in any guidebook.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Heritage Exploration

Step into the heart of history as you explore the town’s heritage. Every corner holds a tale waiting to be discovered.

2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Lunch (at personal expense)

Enjoy a delicious meal at a local eatery, savoring regional flavors that tell their own culinary story.

2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Guided Walk

Dive deeper into the hidden wonders of the town, learning its secrets, unseen frescoes and unique charm.

5:00 PM: Departure for Gurugram

Bid farewell to the beautiful town as we begin our journey back home.

7:30 PM: Arrival at MG Road, Gurugram

Conclude the trip with new stories, deeper connections, and a refreshed spirit.

• Pre-registration and booking are mandatory.

• Children below 4 years can join for free. No separate seat will be allotted.

• No refunds are available for purchased tickets.

• A full refund will be provided only if the event is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Anyone missing the bus, shall reach Hotel by himself/ herself. No refund will be offered.

• Security procedures, including frisking, are at the discretion of the management.

• The sponsors, performers, and organizers are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of life resulting from any accidents, mishaps, negligence, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances during the event.

• Individuals in an inebriated state may be denied entry.

• We reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

• During the tour, itinerary changes may occur due to natural calamities or safety considerations. We will strive to minimize any disruptions to your travel experience.

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to fully participate in the tour.

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, local customs, and laws. Misconduct may result in the termination of services without a refund.

• Clients will be held responsible for any damages or losses caused by their actions during the trip.

• The services included in your package will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Any services not explicitly mentioned are excluded and must be paid for separately.
